INFORMATION
What is San Andreas Rally Championship (SARC)?
SARC is an official SACC Motorsport in which drivers compete
to set the fastest lap time in a series of point-to-point races.
These races may vary from asphalt mountain passes to rough
forest tracks, from ice and snow to desert sand, each chosen
to provide an enjoyable challenge for the driver and push a
car's limits to the max.
How Do I Compete?
All participants must register their team on the SACC website.
Once registration is approved, the team must meet with SACC
officials to ensure their vehicles meet SARC regulation specs.
If inspection is passed, the team must pay an entry free to
guarantee their participation in the upcoming SARC season.
A team may have a maximum of 4 drivers and vehicles, and
each driver is allowed to set a lap time on each day of the
rally season. Only the fastest lap time per stage will be chosen
to represent the team on the official race standings.
Points will be awarded based on how the team's fastest lap
ranks with the other teams, and the team with the most points
at the end of the rally season win's the championship prize.
When and Where?
Throughout the year, the SACC will be hosting various
SARC series racing seasons in different locations.
(Reference the "Blaine County Rally" and "Los Santos Rally"
maps for official SARC rally stage locations.)
Official SARC seasons, as well as open registration, will
be announced a week prior to the season start on Bleeter,
SACC website, and the official event calendar.
How Does a Season Work?
A season typically lasts a week and consists of a different
rally stage each day of the week. Participants have til the
end of each day to log an official lap time with an SARC
official for the day specific rally stage.
